Our elevator bays are as distinct as the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Arundel Mills! The property will boast 250 total rooms, but only 151 belong to the Hilton Garden Inn Batimore/Arundel Mills. How is that possible? We are a new generation of hybrid hotels bringing 2 of the best Hilton products into one structure; one being the Hilton Garden Inn and the other being a Homewood Suites. That means that business and leisure

travelers get the best of both worlds!

As noted earlier in the blog, we have distinct elevator bays. The Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Arundel Mills will occupy floors 3 through 7 and the Homewood Suites will occupy 8 through 11 with a few rooms on the 2nd floor, where their entrance is located. The elevator bays for the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Arundel Mills will only go to floors 3 through 7, which will create a singular atmosphere for the hotel. Because meeting space is shared by both hotels, the Homewood Suites Baltimore/Arundel Mills will have elevator access to the first floor for guests of the hotel to attend meetings and functions.

Wow...what a mouthful! It's a lot to take in, but just know that our property will be the best in the area. Come check it out!
