Our Trip To Hilton's Hazleton Call Center!


Wow! From barrelling through several inches of the snow in the mountains of Pennsylvania, the team from the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites By Hilton Baltimore/Arundel Mills visited our friends at the Hazleton Call Center.
During our visit, we were immersed in the daily activity of a true Hilton Call Center! From listening in to reservation calls from hotels using the ResMax program to seeing exactly how the help desk works...we saw it all! After just a few hours with our friends from Hazleton, we have to say that we take our hats off to them. These agents usually field hundreds of calls a day, trying to fit individuals in locations of choice...which is no easy task. Seeing the efficiency of the program in action, we saw great people doing an excellent job.
