The 2009 Gingerbread Parade of Homes invites the entire community to create one-of-a-kind gingerbread houses. The contest features four categories:child, family/group, adult non-professional, and professional. Gingerbread houses are displayed at businesses throughout the Annapolis Historic District from December 3-19. Visitors can pick up a map and cast their ballots for their favorite masterpiece at HistoryQuest, 99 Main Street in downtown Annapolis. Celebrity judges will award winners in the professional category on Saturday, December 5.
